The 'Concert for Ukraine' was held in November 2022. Featured artists included Ukranian mezzo-soprano Iryna Ilnytska who studied opera at the Conservatory of Classical Music and Jazz in Zurich before moving on to the Academy of Music in Milan. Also performing were West Country musicians Robin Nancarrow, Sue Wilson and Becky Cottrell-Jury and the busking duo Blue Sky (Roger Hicks and David Kalisch). The evening closed with 'The Walnuts', the amazing five-strong Ceilidh rock band from Berkshire, founded by Davie McGirr (of 'Seven Songs' fame). Band members include the well known TV presenter Matt Allwright (from Rogue Traders and The One Show) and broadcaster Fergus Muirhead.
